The method

How we score risk

The Risk Score is a 0–100 weighted aggregate. Every documented warning contributes points based on severity (Low → Critical) and category — lawsuits and misleading-marketing flags carry the heaviest weight. We add a diversity bonus when problems span multiple categories, because a product with billing issues and a class action is materially worse than one with only billing complaints.

Scores update automatically whenever new warnings are surfaced. Read the full methodology →
